Our Story

It’s the spring of 2018. A group of strangers meet at a coffee shop to talk about the possibility of working together. United by their common efforts to empower women they’re curious about what it would be like to collaborate.

A synergy takes over. A special sort of energy and magic begins to stir and they know they’re part of something bigger than any individual. Over time they crystallize into the multi-faceted Five Wands– women who offer transformational support to other women.

Each of us brings specialized knowledge and expertise, but the magic lies in our threads of connection. Where we interweave and overlap is where we are the strongest. We’ll provide the safety net as you leap into your best life.

With Joy,

Adina, Roberta, Camille, & Katrina

Adina Arden Cooper

I’m a counselor and creative passionate about helping people improve their self worth. I offer therapeutic services, visual art, and community events through my business, Fire Bird Creative.

I’m inspired by people’s stories and enjoy guiding the process of reframing life experiences from a perspective of negativity and victimization to growth and empowerment. I use expressive arts, EMDR therapy, mindfulness and nature as primary tools in this process.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Western Carolina University. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Board Certified Teacher. I’ve completed additional training in Life Coaching, Expressive Arts therapy and EMDR. I’m also the author of American Nomads: Consciously Connecting on a Minimalist Family Road Trip through the Western U.S.

I’m the proud mama of two teenage sons. When I’m not working you’ll find me making art, kayaking, lounging on the beach, traveling to new places, or listening to vinyl records.

Roberta Anderson

I’m a Professional Organizer, Feng Shui Consultant, Konmari Guide, and Registered Nurse. Organizing and creating tidy, healthy homes that help you feel good is my passion!

I used to be a total slob and keeping my home tidy was something I had to learn. I thought I wasn’t good at this stuff, but it turns out I just needed to learn how. I’m on a mission to teach these skills so you don’t have to be as messy, tired, and overwhelmed as I was.

I studied organizing with Marie Kondo (in person!) and at the Institute for Professional Organizers. I hold certificates in Residential Organizing and Productivity through the National Association of Professional Organizers. I completed a course with the world renowned International Feng Shui School and am a Feng Shui Consultant. I’m also a NC board certified Registered Nurse and Yoga teacher.

When I’m not working or thinking about all things home related you can find me in the garden, out hiking, hanging out with my cats, or listening to epic fantasy audiobooks. I love all things music and play the violin, mountain dulcimer, and mandolin.

Camille Stimach

I’m a money expert with over 30 years of experience. My passion is teaching people to ditch the shame, get out of debt, save money, perfect credit, and develop healthy financial habits!

I started my career in finance at age 16 working as a bookkeeper. From there, I made my way into the mortgage and banking industries. I left banking to create “Dollars and Common Sense,” a non-profit, K-12 behavioral finance curriculum.

My interest in how behavior and mindset affects people’s money stories encouraged me to get my degree in Psychology. I teach healthy financial habits from a place of non judgment. Budgeting is my specialty, I could do budgets all day long… I’m that kind of nerd!

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, two teenage sons, and my baby girl. I love hanging out with my family and friends, listening to music, playing board games, traveling, enjoying nature, and tidying my house.

Katrina Lalley

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Lead Trainer at Inspire Personal Fitness. Passionate about health and fitness, I encourage people to develop a positive relationship with their bodies.

I love to stay active and eat well but I struggled for years with fad diets and exercise confusion. Now I understand that being healthy is a lifestyle rooted in eating nutritious foods, natural movement, and paying attention to my body on a daily basis.

I continued my education by studying under Zach Comer, Medical Massage Therapist and Functional Movement Specialist, with a focus on the importance of posture and natural alignment. I’m additionally certified in Anatomy, Nutrition, Women’s Hormones, and Pre/Post Natal fitness.

When I’m not working you’ll find me traveling with my husband, adventuring outdoors with our two dogs, working in the garden, lying in the sunshine, or cooking delicious vegan meals and healthy treats.
